Join Chef Daniel Boulud as he pulls back the curtain on his new restaurant Le Voyage, which debuts on Celebrity Cruises’ new ship, Celebrity Beyond, in 2022. In our demo, the chef prepares one his new recipes from the menu at Le Voyage: Curried Cauliflower and Apple Soup. Boulud, originally from Lyon, France, makes his home in New York. His restaurants have received many accolades and Michelin stars, and he has been honored both as a chef and as outstanding restaurateur by the James Beard Foundation .
