Join us March 24 for an exclusive Champagne and Bloody Mary Brunch experience meticulously prepared by celebrity chefs, including Gale Gand, a James Beard Award–winning chef and cookbook author; Brooke Williamson, a television personality and co-chef/co-owner of The Tripel, Hudson House, Playa Provisions, and Da Kikokiko; and Karen Krasne, an executive pastry chef, owner of Extraordinary Desserts, and cookbook author.

Individual Goat Cheese Stratta with Charred Tomatoes, Spinach, Leeks, and Black Garlic

Chili Oil Poached Salmon Niçoise
with quinoa, black & brown rice, dill soaked white beans & purple potatoes, tomato, radish, pickled egg, pickled teardrop peppers, frisée, haricot vert, and a black olive-anchovy and caper vinaigrette

Blackberry and Blueberry White Chocolate Trifle
